Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think commercially and prioritise effectively.
• High level of curiosity and learning agility.
• Comfort using AI tools and modern sales technologies.
• Structured, disciplined approach to work and time management.
• Ownership mindset with a bias toward action.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM.
• Additional language skills are a plus, particularly German.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep account and persona research to identify high-potential opportunities.
• Use AI tools and workflows to enhance prospecting, personalisation, and productivity.
• Develop insight-led outreach across email, phone, and social channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities with a strong focus on business value and fit.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to build and progress pipeline strategically.
• Continuously test and refine messaging based on performance and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and structured data in CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
• Additional duties as assigned.
