Job summary

R.L. Polk UK Limited is seeking a skilled Sales Operations professional to partner with Sales Leadership, supporting forecasting, quota processes and reporting. The role focuses on maximizing CRM hygiene, dashboard adoption, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance.

You will drive data-driven decision making, manage territory assignments for EMEA/APAC, and help implement sales enablement tools while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and/or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in Sales Operations.
• Experience in supporting sales forecasting, quota building, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and proficiency in all MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interacts professionally, highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Experience with Tableau CRM / Power BI / Xactly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leadership to meet the ongoing needs of the sales organization and support onboarding.
• Develop and implement policies to enhance productivity and drive change management.
• Improve Salesforce/Tableau CRM adoption and dashboard reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights, reporting and KPIs for Sales teams.
• Own monthly forecasts and related processes, ensuring timely submission and alignment with Finance.
• Lead annual quota build and territory/account assignments for EMEA/APAC.
