Megaport in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Analyst to bolster the EMEA sales organization. You will help improve forecasting, reporting, CRM governance, and operational efficiency while supporting regional execution and future international initiatives.

You will collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners across systems, tools, and product teams to ensure data quality, process compliance, and effective GTM initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Support forecasting processes, pipeline reviews, and CRM governance activities
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and operational metrics for regional leadership
• Analyze pipeline quality, sales performance trends, and operational KPIs
• Improve CRM data quality and process compliance
• Support territory management and account alignment activities
• Assist with quote management and opportunity administration workflows
• Coordinate with Systems & Tools teams regarding Salesforce issues and enhancements
• Support onboarding, documentation, and process communication initiatives
• Assist with operational readiness for new products, process rollouts, and GTM initiatives
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership and cross-functional business partners
• Support Latitude operational initiatives within the EMEA region
