Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a global technology solutions provider to recruit an experienced Sales Operations Manager. The role focuses on sales productivity and performance within a defined business segment, collaborating with Sales Leadership to ensure accurate forecasting and well-managed pipelines.

You will lead process improvements across the sales lifecycle and drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or commercial strategy.
• Advanced CRM/ERP skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, with a track record of turning data into business impact.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at senior leadership level.

Aufgaben

• Own the forecasting cadence, keeping pipeline, backlog and bookings accurate and transparent.
• Monitor pipeline health and conversion trends, and flag risks and opportunities early.
• Analyse sales performance and give Sales Directors insight they can act on.
• Build and maintain reporting packs, including QBRs, dashboards and executive summaries.
• Support annual planning, quota setting, target allocation and territory optimisation.
• Spot inefficiencies and put scalable, standardised processes in place, including across the wider EMEA region.
