Job summary

Point Professional Recruitment LTD is seeking a Sales Operations Manager for a global leader in critical communications technology in Cambridge. This senior, office-based role partners with sales leadership to provide data, tools and governance to hit revenue targets and drive growth.

You’ll own the CRM and forecasting, design dashboards, and support senior stakeholders with pipeline reviews and business planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Sales Analysis.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline mgmt and forecasting.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365 or HubSpot).
• Advanced Excel and data modelling skills; ability to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM, forecasting and opportunity management processes.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Lead annual sales planning, territory planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Customer Support and Product teams.
