Rosa & Blue are a sustainable, B Corp certified baby and children’s brand, creating luxurious sleepwear and accessories from a signature blend of bamboo and organic cotton. Designed in the UK and crafted in Portugal, the collection is soft, breathable, thermo-regulating, and hypoallergenic, ideal for delicate newborn and sensitive skin. Each print is hand-drawn and painted in watercolour by our founders' husband, ensuring unique and exclusive designs. The entire range is OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class 1 (baby) certified.
Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Strategic Sales & Account Executive. The role involves managing and increasing sales of Rosa & Blue products to appropriate retailers globally. It also includes long-term account management and growth of the brand within strategic and influential wholesale partners such as Harrods, John Lewis, and other luxury retailers worldwide.
Qualifications
We seek a motivated individual with strong selling skills capable of achieving the sales plan for the territory.
The candidate should be a self-starter in a start-up environment, with a great opportunity to make a significant impact.
Must be dynamic, energetic, and ready to succeed in a fiercely competitive environment.
Autonomous and responsible for organizing their workload.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to communicate and present effectively and confidently to audiences when necessary.
