Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support Enterprise Risk Management through meticulous administration and reporting. You will coordinate committees, prepare agendas with senior leadership, and deliver accurate minutes and papers for Board-level review.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential for minute taking and producing committee packs.
• Excellent ability to understand multi-threaded arguments and draw concise conclusions.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agenda items for committees in collaboration with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees and reviews data for consistency and timeliness.
• Distributes meeting packs and produces technically accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages committee meeting schedules and annual review of Terms of Reference; maintains crisis management documents.
