VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and risk committees. The role collaborates with the Risk Control team, Senior Management, and up to Board level to deliver high-quality risk reporting.

Key duties include preparing agendas, collating materials, producing minutes, and maintaining committee schedules and terms of reference. A strong attention to detail and discretion are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Automotive finance or banking.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Capable minute taking and accurate committee reporting.

Responsabilités

• Develops and prepares agendas with Chairs and senior management for risk committees.
• Collates materials, reviews data, and ensures timely, accurate risk reporting.
• Produces minutes reflecting confidential discussions and captures actions.
• Manages risk committees calendars and TOR review cycles.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
