Qualifications

• 5+ years in the field of Risk, Security, and Compliance.
• Experience of working with the FCA.
• 5+ years of proven leadership and team management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Second Line Security, Risk & Compliance function.
• Establish and drive the adoption of the relevant risk framework.
• Monitor and report on the organisation's risk profile.
• Interact with the FCA on relevant matters.
