Job summary

Beeline seeks a Recruitment Program Lead to run day-to-day operations for a complex vendor program and maintain strong client relationships. You will coordinate suppliers, onboarding, and interview workflows while ensuring SLAs are met and risks are managed with proactive solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in program management or vendor management, with executive-level communication and a track record of driving process improvements within extended workforce programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations or vendor management.
• Experience managing staffing or external suppliers and holding partners accountable.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and drive decisions across organizations.
• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program delivery across candidate submission, screening, onboarding, and activation.
• Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client teams, and onboarding resources.
• Monitor risks and escalate issues with recommended solutions.
• Establish reporting rhythms and continuous improvement of processes.
