Job summary

Beeline is seeking a Recruitment Program Lead to manage a complex vendor management program for enterprise clients. You will oversee client relationships, supplier performance, and end-to-end program delivery across candidate submission, screening, onboarding, and activation.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in program management, vendor management, and staffing, with a proven executive presence and disciplined operational control across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations or program management.
• Experience managing staffing or third-party suppliers and holding external partners accountable.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Ability to manage escalations, resolve ambiguous issues, and drive decisions across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client experience and program credibility across vendor activity.
• Oversee supplier performance against SLAs and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Coordinate across stakeholders and partners to move talent through the program lifecycle.
• Forecast workload and resource needs for the program and maintain governance reporting.
