Job summary

Beeline seeks a seasoned Recruitment Program Lead to manage a complex vendor management program for a strategic enterprise client. You will be the primary operational contact, responsible for service delivery, supplier performance, issue resolution, and talent lifecycle management.

You will lead client relationships, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous improvement through disciplined processes and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in vendor management or program management.
• Experience managing staffing suppliers and external partners.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Ability to drive decisions across organizations without relying on formal authority.
• Operational discipline with high-volume workflows and meticulous data.
• Ability to interpret requirements and advise on exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across candidate submission, screening, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client services, interview teams, and onboarding resources.
• Respond to and resolve operational issues quickly and ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor data integrity and maintain current program records for decision-making.
• Forecast workload and resource needs based on volume and priorities.
