Job summary

Beeline is seeking a senior Program Office Lead to manage a complex vendor management program for enterprise clients. You will own end-to-end execution, from candidate submission to onboarding, while maintaining strong client relationships and supplier performance.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in program management and a proven track record of driving service excellence, process discipline, and risk management in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations or program management.
• Experience managing MSP/VMS, staffing, or vendor management.
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with demanding stakeholders.
• Ability to manage escalations, drive decisions, and maintain data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across candidate submission, screening, onboarding, staffing readiness, and activation.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client services, stakeholders, interview teams, and onboarding resources.
• Monitor and resolve operating problems, scheduling constraints, and ownership clarity.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, program requirements, and SLAs.
• Forecast workload and resource needs; maintain process discipline and continuous improvement.
