Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations, program management, MSP/VMS, staffing, or vendor management.
• Proven experience managing staffing or external suppliers and holding partners accountable.
• Strong executive presence and client management skills for demanding stakeholders.
• Ability to manage escalations, resolve ambiguous issues, and drive decisions across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and program credibility across procurement and talent-led functions.
• Lead operational delivery of candidate submission, screening, onboarding, and activation.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client teams, and onboarding resources.
• Monitor compliance with client policies, SLAs, and program requirements.
• Maintain data integrity and robust reporting for decision-making.
• Forecast workload and resource needs based on program activity and priorities.
