Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations or program management.
• Experience managing staffing or third-party suppliers and holding external partners accountable for performance.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with demanding or highly engaged stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage escalations, resolve ambiguous issues, and drive decisions across organizations without relying solely on formal authority.
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail; able to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining accurate data and follow-through.
• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in Human Resources, Procurement, Staffing, Sales Delivery, or contingent workforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client experience and program credibility across procurement, program leadership, talent, and other functions.
• Lead or support recurring client meetings, pipeline reviews, and operational reviews; drive action and commitments.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client services, interview teams, onboarding resources, and other partners.
• Respond to and resolve operating problems quickly, including stalled candidates and scheduling constraints.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, program requirements, and SLAs; maintain process discipline across systems.
• Forecast workload and resource needs based on volume and priorities; monitor data integrity.
• Provide training on program processes and operating requirements as needed.
