Job summary

Beeline seeks a Recruitment Program Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a complex vendor management program for a strategic enterprise client. You will manage candidate submission, screening, onboarding, staffing readiness, and the full lifecycle, ensuring controls, SLAs, and risk mitigation are in place.

You will lead client relationships, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and drive continuous improvement to deliver reliable program outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including meaningful responsibility for complex client-facing operations, program management, MSP/VMS, staffing, or vendor management.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with demanding or highly engaged stakeholders.
• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Human Resources, Customer Service, Procurement, Staffing, Sales Delivery, or contingent workforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across candidate submission, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, staffing readiness, assignment activation, and related lifecycle activities.
• Ensure candidates progress through required program controls and approval gates before advancing to the next stage.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, MBO Client Services, client stakeholders, interview teams, onboarding resources, and other internal or external partners.
• Respond to and resolve operating problems quickly, including stalled candidates, incomplete requirements, scheduling constraints, system issues, and unclear ownership.
• Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, program requirements, documented processes, contractual commitments, and service-level expectations.
• Maintain strong process discipline across program systems, trackers, and workflow tools so that candidate and program status information is current and reliable.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure operational records are complete, consistent, and usable for decision‑making.
• Forecast operational workload and resource needs based on program volume, pipeline activity, and client priorities.
• Conduct client and internal training on program processes and operating requirements as needed.
