Qualifications

• 7+ years in complex client-facing operations or program management.
• Experience with staffing or third-party suppliers and performance management.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Ability to drive decisions across organizations without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program delivery across recruitment lifecycle stages (submission to onboarding).
• Coordinate with suppliers, client stakeholders and internal teams to meet SLAs and governance.
• Manage escalations, issues, and risks with proactive remediation plans.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, governance, and documentation standards.
• Lead recurring client meetings and reporting to track progress and outcomes.
