Responsibilities

• Assist with acquisition processes, including due diligence and negotiations with external parties.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis.
• Analyse economic and market indicators impacting project returns.
• Support the preparation of short-term and long-term financial forecasts.
• Prepare materials and presentations for the Investment Committee, management, and partners.
• Produce quarterly valuations and performance tracking for individual projects.
• Support business development initiatives, including acquisitions, disposals, and bank (re)financing discussions.
• Contribute to monthly project reporting for senior management and the board.
• Provide analytical support across departments as required.
