Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate insurance roles.
  • Ability to provide technical advice and support on risk and policy matters.
  • Strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice on risk transfer and policy coverage.
  • Oversee broking and carrier marketing efforts.
  • Adjust client service plans based on feedback.
  • Develop growth opportunities from existing and prospect clients.
  • Build relationships with insurance market and underwriters.
  • Drive productivity through effective business models.
  • Support and deliver excellent service model.
  • Inspire and support account handlers in their development.

Skills

Commercial understanding of business and the Insurance market
Delegation skills
Substantial Real Estate or Property Owners experience
Strong technical knowledge in all major and ancillary classes
Good negotiating, listening and interpersonal skills
Adaptable, focused and self-disciplined
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and IT systems
