• 2-5 years’ experience in consultancy or client-side environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
• Proven experience of authoring Business Cases or Estate Strategies.
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
• Understanding legislation and policies in Defence, Local Government, Healthcare, Education or Commercial sectors.
