Qualifications

• 5+ years' commercial real estate experience in an analytical or financial operations role.
• Experience in accounts receivable or financial accounting.
• Ability to gather requirements and produce process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance policy, process and training documentation.
• Develop and improve control reporting.
• Lead periodic control reporting from creation to delivery to stakeholders.
• Provide functional helpdesk support on Yardi.
• Act as the SME for financial property management processes.
