Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a broad project portfolio. The role requires senior experience in BPO environments and delivering change at pace with governance across multiple workstreams.

You will guide Project Managers through the full lifecycle, ensure delivery against milestones and budgets, and report to C-suite stakeholders with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Senior project management experience in BPO or related fast-paced environments.
• Proven delivery of complex operational and business change projects.
• Current PRINCE2 Practitioner accreditation is essential.
• Experience managing BPO TUPE projects is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead high-performing project teams with clear accountabilities.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report on delivery, costs and benefits.
• Ensure projects comply with governance, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Lead multiple interdependent projects and manage cross-project risks.
• Provide direction, coaching and development for Project Managers.
• Develop and embed project policies and standards aligned to priorities.
• Provide governance and assurance across the full project suite for stakeholders.
