Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a portfolio. You will translate project data into clear reporting for C-suite audiences and shape the strategy of the project team.

With at least five years in senior PM roles and experience in a BPO or similar fast-paced environment, you will guide Project Managers through the full lifecycle, ensuring governance and delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• At least five years of senior project management experience.
• Experience in a BPO or similarly fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Current PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.
• Ability to translate complex information for C-suite audiences.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with clear accountabilities and delivery plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide accurate reporting on delivery, costs, milestones, resources and benefits.
• Ensure all projects comply with governance, quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and wider project teams.
• Apply PRINCE2 principles across planning, governance, controls and delivery.
