Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a broader project portfolio. The role requires extensive experience in a BPO environment and PRINCE2 accreditation, with a focus on reporting to C-suite audiences.

The postholder will guide Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle, shape project strategy, and build strong stakeholder relationships across Glasgow, Gateshead, and Manchester in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience operating at senior project management level.
• Current PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.
• Experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment or similar operational setting.
• Experience managing BPO TUPE projects and associated operational change.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead high-performing project teams, clarify accountabilities and deliver robust plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide reporting on delivery, costs, milestones, resources, and benefits.
• Ensure projects comply with governance, quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead multiple complex and interdependent projects with cross-project risk management.
• Provide direction, coaching and development to Project Managers and teams.
