Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior PM with 5+ years delivering complex operational projects.
• Experience in a BPO environment or similar fast-paced setting.
• Current PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.
• Ability to produce clear reporting for C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing project teams, establish plans and allocate resources.
• Provide accurate portfolio reporting on delivery, costs and milestones.
• Ensure governance, quality and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Guide multiple interdependent projects and manage cross-project risks.
• Coach Project Managers and develop the wider team.
• Embed policies and standards aligned to strategic priorities.
• Provide portfolio governance and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
