• At least five years of senior project management experience in a BPO or similar operation.
• Current PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into executive reporting and recommendations.
• Experience leading multiple interdependent projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing BPO TUPE projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead high-performing project teams, delivery plans and secure resources.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report on delivery, costs, milestones and benefits.
• Ensure projects comply with governance, quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead multiple complex projects, balance priorities and manage cross-project risks.
• Provide direction and coaching to Project Managers and teams over the employee lifecycle.
• Develop and embed project policies, processes and standards aligned to priorities.
• Provide senior portfolio governance and reporting to stakeholders and executives.
• Build trusted client relationships to enable change adoption.
