Teleperformance in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex operational projects and provide strategic oversight of a portfolio, working with stakeholders at all levels.

You will guide Project Managers through the full lifecycle and require at least five years of senior PM experience in a BPO environment, with PRINCE2 accreditation. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days in the office; starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' senior project management experience with delivery and portfolio governance.
• Current PRINCE2 accreditation is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-performing project teams and deliver robust delivery plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide reporting on delivery, costs, milestones.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to stay on schedule and budget.
• Lead multiple complex, interdependent projects and manage cross-project risks.
• Coach Project Managers and develop teams through the employee lifecycle.
• Develop and embed project policies and standards aligned with priorities.
• Provide senior portfolio governance and reporting to stakeholders.
