Job summary

Aptia Group in the UK is seeking a commercially minded People Business Partner to support the UK business within a fast-paced environment. You will provide expert people advice on employee relations and business change activities, working closely with leaders and HR colleagues.

You will combine strong employment law expertise with stakeholder management to deliver organisational change while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting complex employee relations activity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience managing organisational change and restructures.
• Sound understanding of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Track record coaching and developing people managers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support organisational change programmes and cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage employee relations cases and advise on policy and legal requirements.
• Coordinate governance and regulatory support for people-related activities.
• Coach managers to improve leadership capability and engagement.
• Partner with leaders to drive strategic people initiatives.
