Job summary

Sky UK is seeking a People Partner to drive transformative people strategies that accelerate business performance. You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into impactful plans, focusing on design, workforce planning, culture and AI adoption to build high-performing teams.

In this role you’ll influence leaders, shape transformation priorities, mentor leaders, and embed inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle, ensuring fair reward and evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People Partner in a complex organisation.
• Proven track record leading organisational change and embedding design.
• Ability to influence senior leaders to adopt people strategies.
• Strong coaching and partnering capability with constructive challenge.
• Experience using people data and insights to diagnose issues.
• Clear commitment to inclusion, fairness and employee experience.
• Collaborates effectively across People Partnering, HR and Sky stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver strategic people plans to enable business outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape transformation priorities and organisation design.
• Lead on delivery of people change and ensure integrity in people decisions.
• Use insights to diagnose root causes and match products to issues.
• Proactively manage talent and succession across the directorate.
• Embed D&I ambitions across people initiatives and culture change.
