Aptia UK Limited is seeking a commercially minded People Business Partner to support the UK business in a fast-paced environment. You will provide expert advice on employee relations and business change, guiding leaders through complex people issues.

This 12-month fixed-term contract suits someone with strong employment law knowledge, stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach. Hybrid working from UK offices, with preference for Glasgow City Centre within commuting reach.

Formación

• Experience supporting complex employee relations in fast-paced organisations.
• Experience managing organisational change, restructures and collective consultation.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Proven coaching track record to develop managers' leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support business transformation and change initiatives with leaders.
• Manage employee relations cases and advise on employment law.
• Ensure regulatory requirements around people are met.
• Coach managers to improve leadership effectiveness.
