Job summary

Interpath in London is seeking a People Business Partner (Assistant Manager) to join our growing People Team. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver HR guidance, support performance processes, and drive graduate initiatives across the UK.

Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you will ensure employment law compliance, handle employee relations, and contribute to international expansion by shaping HR initiatives across UK RES and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior HR Advisor or People Business Partner
• Experience in a Professional Services/Consultancy environment
• Experience supporting graduate programmes (ACA trainees preferred)
• Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder influence
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a client group

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a key advisor to managers
• Provide high-quality HR guidance on employee relations and people matters
• Support performance management and talent review processes
• Partner with People Operations to manage employee queries and ensure employment law compliance
• Support career development initiatives, including coaching, promotions and succession planning
• Coordinate graduate programmes and local learning & development initiatives
• Deliver people insights, reporting, and support wider HR projects across the business
• Support recruitment activity, including graduate hiring and market insights
