Job summary

HCR is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner in the UK to act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and shape workforce plans. The role blends strategic thinking with practical delivery, driving performance and talent initiatives across the firm.

You will influence business decisions with data, lead complex ER matters, and partner with HR colleagues to develop people strategies and policies. A CIPD Level 7 is preferred, with strong UK employment law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience within a complex organisation (senior level).
• Experience supporting senior leaders, partners, directors or executive stakeholders.
• Strong track record of managing complex employee relations matters.
• Experience of workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives, workforce requirements and people risks.
• Develop and deliver people plans aligned to commercial and operational priorities.
• Use people data and insight to influence decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coach and support leaders to strengthen their people management capabilities.
• Identify emerging workforce risks and make proactive recommendations.
