Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support operations across the UK and Ireland in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation. You’ll own employee relations casework, advise managers and drive change programmes in a commercially minded, hands-on way.

The role requires travel across locations, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to partner with senior leaders on restructures, acquisitions and TUPE activity, while shaping people strategies and development

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing employee relations casework independently.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience in a generalist HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager capacity.
• Exposure to organisational change, restructures, TUPE, acquisitions or transformation projects.
• A commercially minded and operationally focused approach.
• Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• The confidence to influence and challenge managers constructively.
• A willingness to travel regularly across locations in the UK and Ireland.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own employee relations activity across business areas, managing cases end to end.
• Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, conduct and absence matters.
• Lead and support organisational change initiatives, restructures, consultations, acquisitions and TUPE.
