Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own our end-to-end supply chain, forecasting, and global logistics. You will own forecasting models, inventory allocation, and supplier relationships across UK, EU, and US warehouses to enable rapid growth.

You will work closely with the Founder & CEO to build scalable processes, manage production scheduling, and optimize cost efficiencies while maintaining high service levels. The role is hybrid in London with flexible start dates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast growing DTC e-commerce.
• Strong analytical background; able to build forecasting models.
• Experience coordinating with manufacturers, 3PLs, and freight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and inventory strategy across regions.
• Manage supply chain, production planning, and supplier relationships.
• Oversee global logistics, shipments, customs, and warehouse coordination.
• Upload and maintain product data in Shopify and GS1/barcode systems.
• Drive commercial decisions with cost control and efficiency improvements.
