Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of our fast-growing, globally scaling jewellery business. You will manage demand planning, inventory strategy, production liaison, and global logistics, in a hybrid London-based role reporting to the Founder Amelia Hitchcock-Merritt.

You’ll build systems, optimise stock, and tighten supplier partnerships to support rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC ecommerce.
• Strong analytical background with spreadsheet-driven forecasting.
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times, and liaising with 3PLs.
• Proficient with Shopify and warehouse management systems.
• Understanding of cash flow, inventory carrying costs, and spend decisions.
• Import/export and international logistics experience.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion or ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Build and own sales forecasting models across categories.
• Allocate inventory across UK, EU, US warehouses.
• Manage supplier relationships and production timelines.
• Oversee international shipments, customs, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain Shopify stock data synchronisation with warehouses.
• Lead optimization of pricing points and margins.
