Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the supply chain, demand planning and global logistics for our fast-growing, founder-led jewellery brand. You’ll build scalable systems and processes, working directly with the Founder, Amelia Hitchcock-Merritt, in a tight-knit team that values transparency and bold thinking.

You will own forecasting models, inventory strategy across UK, EU and US warehouses, production scheduling, freight, and customs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC fashion.
• Strong analytical background with spreadsheet-based forecasting.
• Experience booking shipments and liaising with 3PLs.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse management systems.
• Financial literacy: cash flow, inventory carrying costs, margins.
• Import/export experience across UK, EU, US.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion or ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and inventory strategy across UK, EU, US warehouses.
• Manage production, lead times, and supplier relationships.
• Oversee global logistics, ASNs, and customs.
• Ensure Shopify remains the single source of truth for product data.
• Drive cost efficiencies and negotiate margins.
