Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational backbone of our fast-growing jewellery brand. You will lead demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics with autonomy, partnering closely with the Founder.

This hybrid London-based role reports to the Founder & CEO, Amelia Hitchcock-Merritt, and offers flexible working with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus a 28-day holiday entitlement and birthday off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC e-commerce.
• Strong analytical background with spreadsheet mindset.
• Experience booking shipments, lead times, and liaising with 3PLs.
• Familiarity with Shopify and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and inventory strategy across regions.
• Manage primary supplier relationships and lead times for jewellery/packaging.
• Oversee global logistics, customs, and warehouse operations.
• Upload product data to Shopify and ensure data accuracy.
• Own import/export decisions and cost optimization.
• Identify efficiencies and opportunities to scale operations with founder input.
