Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection Limited is seeking a Strategic National Account Manager to lead three Account Managers and manage a major £20m contract electronics portfolio. The role blends office leadership with client meetings, focusing on driving strategic relationships across UK sites.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive forecasts and budgets, and ensure top-line growth while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Account Managers (or similar) to deliver on strategic accounts.
• Proven track record in sub contract manufacturing, ideally electronics/PCBA.
• Experience managing multi-million pound accounts and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of 3 Account Managers.
• Oversee a major account worth ~£20m across UK sites and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality to drive world-class outcomes.
• Report forecasts, budgets and performance to MD.
