Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection seeks a Strategic National Account Manager to lead a team of three Account Managers and drive a major UK defence account worth approximately £20m. This role combines coaching, mentoring and direct client facing responsibilities across head office and client meetings.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations and quality to deliver world-class outcomes, reporting forecasts and performance to the Managing Director and maintaining strong senior stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in subcontract manufacturing, ideally electronics/PCBA
• Managing a multi-million complex account
• Cross-functional people leadership driven by collaboration, development and partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of 3 Account Managers, working with support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee and develop a major account worth c£20m, engaging senior stakeholders across UK sites.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations and quality to deliver world-class outcomes.
• Report forecasts, budgets and performance to the Managing Director.
