Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Strategic National Account Manager to lead a 3-person team and manage a major contract electronics account worth around £20m. You will coach, mentor and be client facing, splitting time between Milton Keynes head office and client meetings, with WFH flexibility.

The role is office-based with 50% time on-site and travel to nearby sites; salary ranges £65,000-£75,000 plus bonuses and benefits, including car allowance and pension.

Qualifications

• People leadership and coaching of a team of three Account Managers.
• Proven track record in contract electronics and major account management.
• Experience driving relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple UK sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of 3 Account Managers.
• Oversee and grow a major account worth ~£20m across UK sites.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and quality to deliver outcomes.
• Report forecasts, budgets and performance to the MD.
