Job summary

Wallace Hind Talent Solutions seeks a Strategic National Account Manager – Contract Electronics to lead three Account Managers and drive a £20m strategic account within the UK Defence sector. This is a hybrid role with office time in Milton Keynes and client meetings, requiring strong leadership and commercial acumen.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations and quality to deliver world-class outcomes, coach your team, and report forecasts and budgets to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in sub contract manufacturing, ideally in electronics, PCBA
• Managing a multi-million complex account
• Cross functional people leadership driven by collaboration, development and partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of 3 Account Managers with support teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Oversee a major UK account worth around £20m, driving relationships across all sites at senior stakeholder level
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and quality to deliver world-class outcomes
• Report forecasts, budgets and performance to the Managing Director
