Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Strategic National Account Manager to lead a three-person account team and drive a key £20m contract in the electronics sector.

You will split time between our Milton Keynes head office and client meetings, mentoring staff, and maintaining strong strategic relationships across UK sites. A commercially driven leader with a proven track record in contract electronics is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small account team.
• Proven track record managing multi-million pound accounts.
• Experience with contract electronics or contract manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of 3 Account Managers.
• Oversee a major account worth ~£20m across UK sites.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and quality to deliver outcomes.
• Report forecasts, budgets and performance to the Managing Director.
