Wallace Hind Selection seeks a Strategic National Account Manager to lead three Account Managers and drive a major £20m contract in the contract electronics space. You will coach teams, nurture key relationships, and ensure satisfaction across UK sites.

The role is office-based with 50% time in client meetings and work-from-home flexibility, spanning Milton Keynes and client-sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in sub contract manufacturing, ideally electronics, PCBA

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of 3 direct Account Managers
• Oversee and develop a major account worth c£20m across UK sites
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality to deliver outcomes
• Report forecasts, budgets and performance to MD
