Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Strategic National Account Manager to lead a team of three Account Managers and manage a major contract worth around £20m revenue. Based between Milton Keynes and client sites, you’ll coach, mentor and drive performance in a defence-electronics environment.

The role combines leadership, business development and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations and quality to deliver world-class outcomes and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading account teams and driving strategic relationships.
• Experience managing multi-million pound accounts in electronics/defence sectors.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of 3 Account Managers to meet strategic KPIs.
• Oversee a major c£20m account across UK sites with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and quality to deliver outcomes.
• Report forecasts, budgets and performance to MD with accuracy.
