Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience selling software solutions to the life sciences industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling quality-focused or complementary solutions in biopharma environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise settings.
  • Strong account planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • High level of self-motivation with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and position a modern LIMS solution to large biotech accounts across Europe.
  • Develop strategic account plans with internal stakeholders to support growth.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across business and IT.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceed pipeline objectives.
