Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an HR Change Manager for a role within the public sector. The successful candidate will manage HR change initiatives, support restructuring efforts, and ensure compliance with employment laws. They will need extensive HR management experience, along with strong communication skills and an understanding of job design processes. The position offers a hybrid working model with three days a week in the office in Gloucester.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HR management.
• Experience in facilitating change management programs.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support design and sequencing of the restructure.
• Manage and coordinate change team activities.
• Lead the design of new business processes.

Skills

MCIPD Qualified or equivalent experience

3-5 years’ experience of managing people in an HR environment

Change management experience of 5 years plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

In depth understanding of generalist employment law

In depth understanding of job design processes

Education

Degree educated or equivalent experience
