TD SYNNEX UK&I is seeking a Partner Success Manager to own internal accounts for Independent retail partners and drive customer satisfaction and new sales opportunities. You will engage vendors and customers, manage pipelines in CRM, and lead cross-functional collaboration to boost revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-sized partners.

• Generate and own the pipelines and CRM data for visibility and continuity.
• Lead weekly alignment calls with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue and profit.
