Job summary

FitPoint Talent seeks a Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led team in the UK home care space. You will partner with the UK Home Care team to shape strategy, becoming a trusted advisor to leadership and guiding key initiatives.

Lead cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives, run business reviews and planning rhythms, and drive growth with data-driven decisions. This role demands senior leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or related sector.
• Senior executive experience in multi-site or multi-BU head-office roles.
• Proven track record in sales and operational management.
• Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen; data-driven insights.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.
• Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
• Experience advising executives and building teams.
• Ability to analyse complex data and synthesize actionable insights.
