Job summary

FitPoint Talent, a Home Care organisation in the UK, seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led team. You will help shape the UK business, run business reviews, and drive important operational rhythms and metrics.

The role targets senior leaders with 10+ years in home care, consulting, or corporate operations. You will partner with care teams, executives, and support functions to accelerate growth, guide strategic initiatives, and translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or related sector.
• Experience as a senior executive in multi-site or multi-BU head-office teams.
• Strong track record in sales and operational management.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen with data-to-insights ability.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Drive programs to scale and accelerate growth.
• Identify opportunities to refine processes and improve team effectiveness.
• Partner with HQ Planning and Sales Operations to run joint reviews and planning.
