FitPoint Talent seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-driven Home Care organisation in the UK. You will shape strategic direction, lead multi-site operations, and partner with executive teams to drive growth and operational excellence across the business.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of leadership in home care or related sectors, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and to manage complex programs in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or related sector.
• Senior executive in multi-site or multi-BU head-office team in entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong track record in sales and operational management.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen with data-to-insights ability.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.
• Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Experience advising executives and building/managing teams.
• Ability to analyse complex data and translate into actionable insights.
• Effective time-management and prioritisation in fast-paced settings.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives.
